Accommodation in double/triple rooms, half-board including breakfast, traditional dinners featuring dishes from the Vicenza region with water and wine served at the table, New Year’s Eve or Epiphany dinner; at weekends: tasting of local specialities in the Contrada and lunch at a mountain refuge, a welcome drink on arrival in the Art Nouveau courtyard when meeting the guide, guided tours and activities, health and luggage insurance.

Snowshoeing involves a fair amount of physical activity, so it is advisable to dress in layers so that you can shed some layers as the day goes on. You’ll need a waterproof jacket, a fleece or a heavy jumper, ski trousers or summer trousers with tights underneath and windproof trousers over the top, warm socks, hiking boots (preferably waterproof – NO MOON BOOTS!), gaiters to stop snow getting into your boots, a small rucksack, sunglasses, gloves and a hat, plus warm, windproof clothing as a change of kit. Gaiters are recommended but not essential; earplugs (recommended).
