Summer, from the end of June to the end of August
Hiking boots, rucksack, waterproof jacket, water bottle, walking poles (optional), hat, sun cream, swimwear, earplugs (recommended), small beach towel, spare T-shirt for each hike. Layered summer clothing. The hikes involve an elevation gain of between 250 and 600 metres, with the exception of one more challenging hike which involves an 800-metre climb, and will last around 4–5 hours. They are therefore suitable for those who are already used to hikes with elevation gains and are adaptable.
