The Experience: Production Sites and Tasting Trail
An itinerary that reveals the character of the volcanic hills, the climate and the methods used to cultivate the vines and make wine:
- The Winery’s Sites: Before raising a glass, step straight into the vineyard, the cellar and the estate’s ancient drying tower.
- The Three Souls of Garganega: Taste three different expressions of the same grape variety: a sparkling wine, a white wine and a macerated wine.
- The Connection with the Territory: Discover how the same grape variety can change its character whilst always remaining firmly rooted in its volcanic origins.
