The event is organised by Caraval Spettacoli and is open to children aged 6 to 13. Places are limited and sessions regularly sell out.

Every year, there are three sessions at the end of August and the beginning of September. This year, the Italian School of Magic at Thiene Castle will take place over three sessions: 25–27 August 2026 – for participants in their 1st to 5th academic years. 28–30 August 2026 – the second summer session, also for participants in their 1st to 5th academic years. 4–6 September 2026 – a session for students in their 1st, 2nd and 3rd academic years.

These prices are all-inclusive: a 3-day, 2-night stay at the castle, meals, accommodation, all activities, shows, educational materials, a cloak (to be worn during the event), a tie or scarf, a wand and insurance cover.
