Valbrenta

Established in 2019 from the harmonious union of Campolongo, Cismon, San Nazario, and Valstagna, the municipality of Valbrenta cradles a spectacular river valley carved between the Asiago Plateau and Mount Grappa. A historic highway for seasonal migration and trade since antiquity, the area famously flourished under the Venetian Republic (La Serenissima) as a booming timber market.

Today, it has transformed into a premier hotspot for adrenaline-fueled water sports—like rafting and kayaking—and scenic cycle tourism. Top bucket-list experiences include the awe-inspiring Oliero Caves, the legendary Calà del Sasso (a monumental historic staircase), and the fascinating Museum of Speleology.
