Cà Rovere is a family-run winery situated in Alonte, in the heart of the Colli Berici. Founded by Bruno Biasin and now run by the third generation of the family, the winery specialises in the production of Metodo Classico sparkling wines. The soil, rich in limestone and marine fossils, gives the wines a distinct acidity and minerality. The estate also boasts a picturesque cellar carved out of the rock for the slow ageing of the sparkling wines, and a tasting room with a terrace overlooking the vineyards.
Services on offer include guided tours and tastings of the winery’s wines, featuring Metodo Classico sparkling wines and still wines paired with typical local produce, alongside options such as classic tours, e-bike excursions and bespoke workshops.
