The Experience: A Journey Through History, Ageing and Tasting
A profound experience in which past and present converge and time becomes part of the wine:
- A Tour of the Estate: Begin by visiting the places where it all begins, exploring the vineyard, the cellar and the ancient drying tower.
- Tasting of 10 Glasses and Past Vintages: Compare the current wines with some historic vintages, carefully preserved and allowed to evolve over time within the cellar.
- Focus on Riva Arsiglia: Gain a deeper understanding of the estate’s most representative wine by comparing different vintages and seasons, to observe how the same terroir reveals itself in new ways as the years go by.
