The organisers provide all the necessary certified equipment and offer a compulsory introductory briefing with the instructors before access to the courses.

Every weekend and public holiday from 25 April to 25 October. Every day from 13 June to 30 August. Other days by appointment.
We recommend sportswear, trainers or walking boots. It is advisable to wear protective gloves. You can buy coated cotton gloves at the park for just a few euros. Mountain bike gloves are also suitable; if you have your own, please bring them along.

The standard rate (2 hours) ranges from 10 to 24 euros, depending on the rate chosen and whether it is low or high season. Tickets for 3 or 8 hours are more expensive. Discounted rates are available for groups making bookings (schools, summer camps, companies, etc.).
