Apicoltura Summano

Enrico Dolgan’s Apicoltura Summano is a hub of biodiversity in the Alto Vicentino region, combining the production of exceptional honeys with the preservation of ancient and forgotten fruit varieties. Enrico, an environmental hiking guide, has transformed the farm into an experiential centre, offering bee-themed educational activities, sensory workshops and educational programmes ranging from botany to the history of the Great War.

Thanks to its network of mountain huts and local producers, the establishment offers original team-building activities and itinerant tastings that combine hiking with local culture. At the farm shop, visitors can discover a wide range of artisanal products, including beers, biscuits, spelt pasta and natural cosmetics, as well as exquisite items crafted from wood and beeswax; the offering will be rounded off with the imminent opening of a nine-bed agritourism accommodation and an educational farm.
