Cammino delle Apparizioni: the path of faith between Vicenza and Trento

A 115 km spiritual itinerary in the Vicenza area linking places of Marian devotion

The Cammino delle Apparizioni is a 130-kilometre itinerary between Lonigo and Trento. The Vicenza section covers about 115 kilometres and is connected to worship sites that, in past centuries, were linked to Marian apparitions, inviting pilgrims to silence and reflection.

The route starts in Lonigo, reaches the Sanctuary of Monte Berico in Vicenza and the Sanctuary of Madonna dell’Olmo in Thiene. It then climbs towards the Monastery of the Resurrection in Cogollo del Cengio and the church of Brancafora in the Astico valley, marking a gradual transition from plain to mountain.

Among Sanctuaries and Monasteries

Beyond its spiritual value, the route offers rich artistic heritage through Venetian Villas and Thiene Castle. The four main sanctuaries are complemented by museums that tell local history, blending popular devotion with the area’s monumental excellence.

The Associazione Cammino Passo dopo Passo issues the official credential, a document giving access to hospitality in convents and partner facilities along the five stages. This support network makes it possible to rediscover the beauty of devotional landscapes in safety.
