Travelling through vineyards, art and culture
The rich variety of typical and certified products has encouraged the creation of themed food and wine itineraries. These signposted routes have strong scenic, cultural and recreational appeal, with open wineries and local product points that can transform a simple outing into a true journey through time and flavour.
Among them, the Colli Berici Wine Road extends south of Vicenza, connecting the plain to the limestone hills. The route touches historic villages, Palladian villas and medieval hermitages, enhancing a land where vines have prehistoric origins and where Tai Rosso shines, a unique variety with an intense aroma and ruby colour.

Different Lands, One Unique Taste
Further north, the Torcolato and Breganze Wines Road runs from Thiene to Bassano del Grappa, between the Valdastico and the Brenta. This route connects historic places such as Marostica and Sandrigo and celebrates a winemaking tradition in which vines thrive even on the stony Astico soils, reaching its peak in Torcolato, the famous Breganze passito wine.
Finally, the gold of the volcanic hills is revealed along the wine tourism axis linking the Lessini Durello Wine Road and the Recioto and Gambellara wine route, on the border with Verona. This itinerary celebrates Durello, a native variety with lively acidity, perfect for sparkling wines and ideal with Baccala alla Vicentina, while also revealing Gambellara’s tradition of drying Garganega grapes on beams to create Recioto.
