Grisignano di Zocco

Strategically poised on the plains between Vicenza and Padua, Grisignano di Zocco is home to grand Venetian villas, including the 17th-century Villa Vancenato Bocchi, the Palladian masterpiece Villa Ferramosca, and the elegant Villa Magrin. A living monument to rural heritage is the ancient Mulino Frison on the Ceresone stream, now beautifully restored to generate green energy.

A vital crossroads with excellent rail and highway access (A4), the town plays host to a centuries-old Wednesday market and the legendary Fiera del Soco in September—the largest fair in the entire Veneto region. Outdoor enthusiasts can also jump onto the Treviso-Ostiglia Cycling Path, pausing at the lovingly restored Barbano station house.
